INDIVIDUAL COACHING

My goal is to inspire you to overcome your personal challenges from health, career, business, money and relationships. To provide objectivity and specific frameworks to bring awareness, empowerment and positive changes. We will discuss matters in depth, explore objectives, and set goals. Then, along with the proper support, motivation and guidance through appreciative inquiries, you will achieve the set goals and, possibly, even more than expected!


Prices may vary based on needs and coaching length. Correspondences via e-mail, skype and text will always be included, free of charge, according to contracted sessions.


Contact me for your first 30 minutes initial phone consultation which is free! During such time, we will discuss your personal wish. We will determine if my coaching is for you and how I can best support you in your journey. 


GROUP COACHING

  

Our group focuses on wellness from diminishing suffering, transforming thoughts, changing behaviors & emotional responses, relieving stress, through various exercises, and providing personal empowerment to all individuals.  


With our 12 weeks program, each session will include relaxation techniques, a specific subject exploration, an exercise, sharing time; all with the intention to empower the mind, body and heart of all. Our group is also a wonderful opportunity to experience the power of community and to make new friends. 


Pricing for 12 weeks: $480

Meeting occurs once a week for 2 hours. Cost will go towards website, teachings tools, guest teachers, and facility reservation.

To bring healthy lifestyle and wellness in your life, I utilize specific techniques included in my "Method 3m" that I have, myself, practiced for decades and have gladly shared with many people around the world. The path I embrace is

Coaching Fact

There seems to be a debate on how to establish who is a good coach or mentor?


Let me say, I had many coaches and mentors in my life. From doctors, psychologists, Buddhist masters, achievement specialists, sports trainers, relaxation experts to specific professional coaches. What always brought results to me was when the coach listened, understood me, worked well with me, and guided me respectfully toward the things that I needed to do to achieve my goals. Interesting enough, it was not always the most scholar nor the most expensive one who helped me. Some people sense better things than others and can better navigate you through trouble waters. Some people have life experiences that taught them way more than a college degree could. What ultimately matters is moving in the right direction and enjoying the results!
