Though a certain level of stress can be good for us to thrive, 

too much can harm our health. Since stress is inevitable, 

keeping it at a healthy level depends on how we perceive things 

in life, how we react, how we navigate through it, and how much

 personal time we give ourselves to relax. One of the best way

 to de-stress is to enjoy socializing with people who want a good

 time, a good laugh, and enjoy discovering new things

 that challenge them just a little bit.
